Pam's Market Popcorn officially opened for business October 1, 2005 in the historic North Market in Columbus, Ohio. My love for popcorn started at a very young age. Born and raised in Chicago, I have experienced "Garrett's" popcorn many times.

After a four year stop in Clintonville, Wisconsin, my four children and I are now in Gahanna, where we've lived for the last five years. Being a single mother and needing to support four growing children, two dogs and three cats and an endless money pit of a home, I decided I had to put my years of food service experience to good use. My sister, who still lives in Illinois, sent me a tin of "Garretts" to cheer me up; and it came to me: "I can do this!" What was once a dream has now become reality.

Pam's Market Popcorn has been possible with the help of many helpful, loving friends and a following of loyal customers. Our unique look came to life with the marketing expertise of Joe Baer of Zen Genius. And with the knowledge of Skip Scamford of Windy City Popcorn and Thom Coughlin of Gold Medal Columbus, I have achieved the know-how to hopefully offer you the freshest, tastiest popcorn you will ever have.
